The ASEC 2024 booking fee does not include hotel accommodation. INCOSE UK have negotiated a discounted rate with the Moxy Edinburgh Fountainbridge for the duration of the conference.
ASEC 2024 delegates will be responsible for booking their own rooms and we recommend that you do this as soon as possible to take advantage of this preferential rate. Booking must be made by 21st October 2024 to receive the discounted rate.
The hotel is offering single occupancy for just £120 (inc vat) per night. The rate includes buffet breakfast, high speed internet and gym access.
